Before you email
Tell us:
- What you tried to do.
- The page you were on.
- The exact message you saw. Copy and paste it if you can.
- A screenshot, if you can take one.
If you have an account, email us from its email address. Then we can find your account.
Never send us these
They are secret. We never ask for them.
- Sign-in codes.
- API keys. If you shared a key by mistake, revoke it on your dashboard and create a new one.
- Bank details, such as your account number, PIN or password.
We never ask you to pay, to move money, or to scan a QR code to fix a problem. If someone asks, it is not us.
